Our Recycling Process
- Our process begins with the collection of waste industrial pallets that are then brought back to our facility for sorting based on grade and size.
- Repairs manually completed by a trained professional
- Repaired recycled pallets are then stacked and banded.
- Great refurbished pallets are then ready to be delivered to your facility for yet another life.
- Waste pallets are broken down and all good material is then sorted from the waste material.
- Good material is then used to repair or build fresh recycled pallets to customers specification.
- Waste debris that has fully exhausted its potential will be used by us or our sister company, Spencer Valley Eco Farm. Waste wood material will either be used for heating our facility or used for mulch production.
